Terms of Service

1. Overview

These terms govern your use of the ZubesGrub website and pickup ordering service. By placing an order or creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Service description

ZubesGrub is a pickup-only food ordering platform for our food truck. We do not currently offer delivery. Third-party delivery through Uber Eats, DoorDash, or similar services may be added in the future and will be subject to separate terms.

3. Accounts

You may create an account to save order history. Account data is stored securely. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. Ordering and payment

All payments are processed through Square. Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes at checkout. Once an order is confirmed and payment is captured, it cannot be canceled through the website -- please contact us directly for any issues with a confirmed order.

5. Pickup

Orders must be picked up at the location and within the time window shown at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are not picked up.

6. Catering inquiries

Catering requests submitted through the site are inquiries only and do not constitute a binding agreement until confirmed by ZubesGrub staff.

7. Loyalty program

If a loyalty program is offered, points are earned on qualifying purchases. ZubesGrub reserves the right to modify point values, rewards, or program rules at any time.

8. Notifications

We may send order confirmations, status updates, loyalty updates, and catering-related messages via email or SMS using Novu as our notification provider. To opt out of promotional messages, contact us directly.

9. Sandbox and test mode

ZubesGrub may operate in a test or sandbox environment during development. Orders placed in sandbox mode use Square sandbox credentials and will not result in real charges or food preparation.

10. Admin operations

ZubesGrub administrators may update menu items, pricing, availability, and loyalty program terms at any time without prior notice.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the ZubesGrub website -- including text, images, logos, and branding -- is owned by ZubesGrub and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. Limitation of liability

ZubesGrub is provided "as is." We are not liable for damages arising from use of the site, payment processing errors by Square, or issues with third-party services.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
